This is a series that I just started doing in 7/09. I found the idea in Milon Townsend book, advanced flameworking vol. 1. When I first started doing them, I was using aurora powder and they were cracking. Everyone said its the aurora, but I wouldn't believe that it could not be done, after all they went into kiln without cracks. So I increased soak times and slowed ramp down, no more cracks. I think this technique has a lot to offer. Thanks for looking, check: www.robmorrisonglass.etsy.com to purchase marbles and other glass.
